Jessica Fleming joined SCPDA in 2018 after working as a public defender at the Skagit County Public Defender for 6 years. Jessica earned her B.A. at San Diego State University and her J.D. at Seattle University School of Law. During law school, Jessica worked as a legal intern at SCPDA, the Ronald A. Peterson Clinic, and Associated Counsel for the Accused. Jessica serves on the WACDL Board of Governors and is the chair of the WACDL public defense committee.
