The Snohomish County Public Defender Association (SCPDA) celebrates 20 years with Martin Mooney.
Martin is a graduate of Trinity College and University of Seattle School of Law. Martin has worked in Snohomish County Superior and District Courts. For more than a decade, he has distinguished himself in his defense of persons facing civil commitment pursuant to RCW 71.09. In April 2016, Martin was awarded a Washington Defender Association Certificate of Recognition for his leadership and longtime work on 71.09 cases.
